Packet loss with Orbi RBR350 mesh system
Hello there. I am kind of desperate and I think this community is my last chance before I sell my Orbi RBR350 Wi-fi 6 mesh system. Here is the problem: I constantly lose about 50% packets. I tried e...

How is the laptop running PingPlotter Pro connected when there is 50% packet loss? (Ethernet or WiFi?)
I find it a bit strange that only two of the remote sites show packet loss and for one of them, it appears to be "Hop 2" that is not responding.

About the laptop - I didn't measure the packet loss with PingPlotter there. It was the internet provider guys who ran a test on it, not with PingPlotter. They were doing something in DOS mode, cmd. I am not really that tech savvy, so don't really know what they were doing. All I know is they said "It's not from us, check your router, it's where the problem is. You have 50% packet loss and it's from your Orbi"... Then I downloaded PingPlotter on my PC and tested it... It just confirmed what they said...

Could you please describe the problem that brought up the subject of packet loss?
- problems with video streaming? (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube)?
- stuttering on TV playback?
- notification by video game?
If the packet loss is caused by the WiFi system, then I would expect PingPlotter tests within the network to show the same phenomenon. Many typical home devices respond to ICMP (ping), including many printers, home speakers, cameras, TVs, etc. What happens when PingPlotter targets devices on the LAN?

So, what brought up the subject was general lagging, even when browsing. For example sometimes simple news pages won't fully load, photos missing, etc, so I have to press F5 and refresh the page, so that I could see everything. I am day trading, so sometimes I lose connection for a second or two, which messes up the order flow, the history charts and so on.
About other devices, here is what PingPlotter shows for my phone, please see it as attached file:
