No, the blue color on half of the signal array indicates that the transmission from the router to the satellite is on the 5GHz band and not on the 2.4 GHz. This is exactly what it shows on all my satellites.
Do you see the packet loss only when the device is connected to the sateliite or also when connected directly to the router?
Do you have the latest firmare v4.4.1.29? Many of my issues were fixed after I recently upgraded to this formware.
