Pioneer AV Amplifier drop connection from Orbi RBR850
Greeting! I have a question about my Pioneer AV Amplifier (SCX-L89) keeps dropping connection.
Recently I changed my Router from Apple Airport Extreme to Orbi RBR850 (with one Satellite). I connected the Pionner Amplifier to RBR850 by using LAN cable (CAT5).
In the Orbi App, I can see Orbi assign a IP Address to Pioneer AV Amplifier (192.168.1.46). The Pioneer App in my iPhone called iControlAV can connect to the Pioneer Av Amplifier. However after period of time (around 1 hour), the App cannot find the Pioneer AV Amplifier. Then I checked the Orbi App, the Pioneer Amplifier disapper from the list (under Wired).
I did change seveal LAN cables but the problem is still exists. All the devices except this AV Amplifier are working fine.
I appreciate for any advise and solution from Orbi Expert to resolve this problem since I really need to use the App to control my Amplifier instead of the Remote Control.
I would presume the AVR doesn't like the wired connection for some reason.
Ensure the AVR has updated FW/Software.
Keep the wireless connection.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Try setting a IP address reservation ON the RBR for the AVR?

The firmware version is V3.2.16.22
I already tried reserve a ip address 192.168.1.46 to the AVR. But problem is still exists.
I need to unplug to power off the AVR. Then plug to power on again, the AVR can be found in the Orbi list. But dropped again after around 1 hour. I can say it's working perfectly in the old Apple Airport Extreme router.
Thanks

IS the LAN cable of good quality? CAT6 is recommended.
Do other wired devices experience the same thing?
Try updating to v12 FW:
