Port forwarding not working on Orbi Router RBR350

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Make sure you disable uPnP on the RBR as well.
Is Armor or SPC enabled on the RBR?
router Firmware Version is V4.4.2.1_3.10.82
ONT Model is Viewqwest HG6240A
uPnp, Armor and SPC everything is disabled
Online support for that model ONT seems to show that this ONT may have a router built in. This would interfer with getting port forwarding working correctly on the RBR.
Have the ISP check this with you and if it supports it, have them bridge the ONT fully. Or use it's DMZ for the RBR.

I believe this has a built-in router, since it has more than one LAN port. If so, you have a double-NAT configuration. If I'm correct, the WAN address check I requested earlier will uncover that
