Hi everyone, I have one RBR750 and 2 RBS750. I am working from home and my son is playing video games, so none of us like it when wifi suddenly drops and then a few minutes later the satellite blink...

"My house is 970 square feet" - Would be too small of home for having the RBR unit and two RBS deployed.
Turn OFF both RBS and run just the RBR for now and see if this is still seen.

Due to concrete walls, the WiFi signal is too weak for my home office on the opposite side of the house from the router. The satellite solves that… until WiFi drops off

Then the concrete matierials maybe your cause here. No FW version will help with this. Concerete and steel will be problematic at best for any wireless system.
Are RBS wireless connected or ethernet connected? If wireless you may need to get the RBS ethernet connected or at least one of them. Might look into some power line adapters to help here.

The RBS are all connected via WiFi to the router. The signal is good and the bandwidth as well. My problem is that the satellites drop the WiFi network (I see they later blink blue showing they are back). Why do they disconnect abruptly like that?

Lets turn OFF one of the RBS.
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
