Random wifi drops on RBR760 (AX5400)

Hi,   I keep having wifi drops (sometimes with purple light, sometimes without) on my RBx760 set. RBR760 v6.3.8.5 2 satellites RBS760 v6.3.8.5 a) Router - KPN Experiabox 10 connected to yellow...

When the PINK LED comes on, is it only the RBR or do the RBS do same thing?

PINK usually means the RBR is not getting a good signal from the host router. 

 

How do you have the RBR configured for AP mode? Dynamic IP address or Static IP address on the RBR? 

Are the RBS wireless or ethernet connected to the RBR? 

 

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

    When the PINK LED comes on, is it only the RBR or do the RBS do same thing? Most of the time a drop has NO color in RBR or RBS. Sometimes WHITE on RBS. Sometimes WHITE on RBR.

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 50 m2 (ground) + 40m2 level 1 + 40 m2 level 2 = 130 m2 (=1400 f2) 
    What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected. Yes, at least 45 ft, wired

      What kind of CAT# cables are being used here? CAT6 UTP is recommended.

      Please try channels 1 and 40 or 11 and 48 on the RBR.

        -1 It is set to Dynamic in the AP-mode, since Static was not recommended.

        Are the RBS wireless or ethernet connected to the RBR? WIRED
        Are the RBS directly connected to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between? 

        What kind of CAT# cables are being used here? CAT6 UTP is recommended.
        -2 No switches in the ISP modem/router -> RBR (cat6) -> RBS (Cat5e) route. Cat6 was not available when my house was wired.

        -3 I have not tried this, because I thought wired was better. I can try.

        -4 Set it to 11 and 48 

         

        Please let me know if I should switch to Static. And I can try wireless.
