What model Orbi do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Does the front LED on the RBR turn PINK when this happens?
How often does this happen?
What CAT# lan cable are you using between the RBR and ISP modem?
Do you have any RBS deployed? If so, how many?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? What devices do you have connected and how many devices do you have?

Been having thise problem for over 2 yrs now. Very frustrating ,
here is latest email log
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Being that your ISP modem has a 2.5Gb port, CAT6A STP cable would be recommended here between the modem and RBR. I did see some problems with my 8 series connected to my CAX80 on it's 2.5Gb port with CAT6 UTP cables. Changed to CAT6A STP cable and that problem resolved.
For that size of home you may have one too many RBS deployed and too much Wifi signals in the home:
I would try turning OFF one RBS and test this configuration out.
Set 2.4Ghz to 1 6 or 11. Channel 7 is not a primary channel that should be used.
Can also try enabled SIP/ALG under Advanced tab/Setup/WAN Setup.
