RB350 no internet
We’ve had the Orbi set up for 1 year and now it’s stopped working and TPG (Aus) advised the router is no longer recognized.
Have added Pppoe and set up VLAN 2 priority 0 and still no internet and Netgear support has expired to help set up.
Any ideas? It’s pretty much one year and now it’s stopped working

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

"stopped working" is a bit ambiguous.
- The Power LED (on the back) glows green, correct?
- Does the system broadcast a WiFi signal?
- The comment about PPPoE and VLAN: was that done a year ago when the system was first installed, or just recently?
- Netgear hardware warranty in the US is one year. I have no idea what it is in Australia.
