RBK352 no Internet

Hi all please help I know I'm doing something wrong but can't figure it out I have a virgin hub 3 if I connect my orbi rbk352 directly everything works great but have 2 lots of WiFi virgin and orbi but if I put the virgin router into modem mode my orbi won't connect to Internet should I put the orbi into ap mode thanks
