RBK753 Won't Connect to Internet After Power Outages

I am going to start by saying I no little to nothing about networks.  What I do know is I have a similar problem after power interruptions with my Orbi Router which is going to drive me insane.  After power outages my router does not typically reconnect to the internet.  It seems to be unique to power outages and not ISP outages. I have a Cox Panoramic modem and router which I have the Orbi router plugged into and 3 wireless satellites around the house.  Sometimes it will just start working after a couple of hours, sometimes days, sometimes I have to do a factory reset.  This last time around I changed the SSID through the Orbi app and when I did that it would connect to the internet.  When I switched back to the original SSID it would not.  The internal network seems to be working since I can see devices connected to the Orbi Router and they respond to local smart home commands (for the devices that don't require an external internet connection like Alexa).

I was reading after a power outage that all of the devices may try to reconnect and some will retain the same IP which may cause an issue, but I have not really seen that as the devices connected seem to have different IPs.  I do have have a few smart home hubs plugged into the Orbi. It looked like assigning static IPs might be an option.  I was also reading that having Cox Modem act as a router along with the Orbi may cause an issue.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Firmware on Orbi 4.6.5.14 on the RBR and 3x RBS

ISP is Cox, it is a Cox Panoramic Gateway Modem and Router.  There are not other markings of note on the ISP modem and I cannot see anything in the Cox app since I moved to bridge mode.  RBR is wired into this modem.  I have a netgear hub connected to the RBR that runs a few home automation hubs (lutron, hue).

House is about 5500 sqft with 3 floors.  I have one RBS on each floor and the RBR on the 1st floor on opposite side of house from 1st floor RBS.  More than 30 feet between all units.  I don't think placement of RBS are the issue since it is only after a power outage.

This past time I ended up fully resetting the Cox Modem and Router and moving it into bridge mode.  I also have a UPS for the ISP modem/router combo and the Orbi RBS although that has not seemed to help previously.  Previously if I waited a day or so sometimes it would just resolve.  The weird part was if I changed the SSID on the RBR I could connect devices to RBR under the new SSID and access internet.  Also, during the time internal network was working because I could still control home automation devices that didn't require internet.
