RBK753S satellite flashing white
RBK753S router and one satellite are fine, router firmware 7.2.6.31. The other satellite flashes white continuously.. I've tried holding down reset while powering on, only resetting while already powered on, tried adding new satellite while using the app "add satellite", touching sync on router and on satellite. I'm completely confused now and wish NG provided a step-by-step guide as to how to fix this. It's been working for 3? years but we did have a power outage of 10 min or so last week. I'm not an IT person, just a homeowner so don't even know where to start. Is it time to replace the whole system? Is there a system with better support documentation?

Was all RBS updated to v.31 before the RBR was?
Been many posts about v.31 causing problems so we don't recommend using it. v.21 is most stable.
Swap locations with the other working RBS to see if problem follows or not?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?- lec96Aspirant
Thanks for the detailed reply. Had a long call with Netgear support, reboot as described, factory resets of RBR and the 2 RBSs, it was determined that the one with the flashing white light is dead (3 years old). 2400 sq ft house and the dead RBS was about as far away as can be on another floor.
After I went through all that, a white light remained (not blinking). Today I did a factory reset and again, and the white light is gone.
Ok, for that size of home, the RBR and just ONE RBS would be needed. You might turn OFF one RBS and observe to see if you need a 2nd RBS. Too Much Wifi: https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4
