RBK850 - refused to connect

My previously fully functioning RBK850 with the latest firmware does not allow me to connect on his IP address, neither the app can connect. It is simply telling to me "Refused to conne...
After factory reset, is it OK to restore the last known working backup, or better to setup everything manually?
Yes, and "watch out". If a Factory Reset is done while the router is connected to the modem, it will almost certainly detect the IP conflict and switch to 10.0.0.1.
(This would not happen if the router is not connected to the modem when reset.)
Loading the saved configuration should return everything to the way it was (192.168.0.x, etc.)
So, I would unplug the modem, do the reset, load the saved configuration, then reconnect the modem.
