RBK852 satellite does not allow NAT Loopback

My RBK852 satellite does not allow me to gain  wifi access to my domain name of my camera DVR internally. However,  I can access this domain when connecting with wifi from the router side ie. the router supports NAT Loopback perfectly. All ports for this device are open and forwarded correctly and the DVR is a wired connection to the satellite.

Why does the RBK852 satellite not allow NAT loopback?

  • Thank you for letting us know.

    Enjoy. :smileywink:

My problem has been sorted out by Duxbury and Netgear. They sent me a hot-fix firmware which resolved this issue and NAT loopback onthe satellite works flawlessy whether wired or not.

I'm sure an update will be rolled out shortly.

Thank you Duxbury and Netgear support.
