RBK853 Warranty Problems
I purchased the RBK853 from Amazon on 01 August 2021 and it was delivered today (03 August 2021). Although I have uploaded the receipt, the product registration shows that most of the warranty has already expired. What can be done to correct the warranty issues?

- jestricAspirantThank you for your reply. I wasn’t able to contact them because of the fact the system said my support had expired. I finally figured out that if I submitted a request for an RMA (since the equipment was still under warranty) I would have a trouble ticket. This in fact worked and my dates were corrected by the NG representative.
