RBR 850 firmware update 4.6.3.16

I have 1 RBR850 with 4 RBS850s that are hard wired to the RBR850. The app prompted me to upgrade to 4.6.3.16 today, which I did. However, only the RBR850 and 2 of the 4 RBS850s upgraded. The other two are still on the prior firmware version and now say Backhaul Status is "Out of Sync". I have tried rebooting, but it appears your app did not update the satellites first as it is supposed to. I tried to manually update the remaining 2 RBS850s that are on the old firmware (4.6.3.9), but I can no longer access them (the window just comes up blank, likely because they are Out of Sync). I have hit a brick wall and need help!

    Can you access the RBS web page using there IP addresses seen on the RBRs web page?

      I cannot. It just is blank - same as when I try to click the manual firmware update on each one.

        Downgrade the RBR back to v9. Then see if you can connect to the RBS. If so, manually send the v16 update. After that re-udpate the RBR lastly.
