Rbr350 always magenta
Dear all,
l have 2 rbr 350 with one in acces point. Usually l don’t have any problem but now my satellite is always in magenta. Moreover it’s no more visible on the apps despict the fact l still have wifi thanks to him.
l have try to update the firmware from the apps but l got an error message.
The firmware are : v4.4.0.10_2.10.63 ( the one working perfectly)
And v4.4.0.10 for the one with the magenta light.
Can l do something to make this light disappear ?

Do you have two RBR350s or two RBS350?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

So which of the two RBRs is getting a front PINK LED?
What is the distance between the 1st and 2nd RBR?
How do you have the 2nd RBR setup for AP mode? Static IP or Dynamic IP address configuration?
What is the CAT# LAN cable in between the 1st and 2nd RBR?
