Rbr350 reconfigure
Someone has reset my modem now I’m unable to get it connected or reconfigure the damn thing. Any help appreciated

If it's the ISP modem then you'll need to contact your ISP about that.
The RBR is not a modem, just a router. Try a factory reset on it and set up from scratch with a wired PC and web browser:
