Thanks for the prompt response. I have not really pressed TPG as yet as the unit is providing the signal etc they will just advise everything on their end is working. I want to use the web interface but have struggled to get in?? Due to the fact I can see the wifi availability in my devices etc I think it is an Orbi settings issue ??
