RBR750 : devices connected to satellite, but satellite not in list of attached devices
I have a RBR750 and RBS750 (satellite). When checking the Orbi admin page via web browser, or the Orbi app on my Android device, the satellite, and therefore all devices connected to it do not show up.
I am confident the satellite is working though, because my phone and laptop seem to be connected to it, with good internet connectivity. I say this because the IP of my phone and laptop do not show on the list of attached devices on the Orbi admin page, yet they do show up on list of connected devices on my ISP supplied router's admin page (bridge mode). The satellite also has a solid blue LED status after a reboot, suggesting a good backhaul and internet.
So it seems that the satellite is just not being picked up by the admin page and app, along with all devices connected to it. I cannot check the firmware version on the satellite, because the Orbi admin site does not even pick it up so I cannot interact with it in any way. I also don't know the satellite's IP to be able to log into it directly and check firmware version. My concern is that if the satellite genuinely does go offline, stop working etc, I have no way to know since I have no visibility of it when it is working.
How do I go about getting my satellite, along with all its connected devices to show up on the overall list connected to the mesh network on my admin page and app?

I've seen a few threads that suggest updating the RBR and RBS to FW v4, but if I can't even see the RBS on orbilogin how do I manually update its FW? All the instructions I've seen say just go to orbilogin, find your satellite and do the manual update, but in my case I can't even see my satellite RBS.
If I connect to the RBS via ethernet and go to orbilogin, won't that just show me the router RBR's page? Since I can't see the RBS on orbilogin, I don't know its IP and therefore cannot log into it.
Do I simply need to update the RBR FW to v4 only (and then the satellite should show up)?
FURRYe38 you've been a great source of help for others on this topic, would you be able to assist?
What FW version is on the RBR currently?
Was the system updated recently?
Is this the only RBS?
Can you run FING app on a wireless device to see if the RBS appears in the list of detected devices and see if it has an IP address?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?

Thanks for taking the time to reply FURRYe38
FW on the RBR is 7.2.6.31_5.0.24
I tried FING and cannot see the RBS on the list, to be honest, FING is reporting fewer devices than my RBR so it might be more of an issue with FING. I can however see the RBS's MAC on my ISP router's page of connected devices, but no IP address
The system was not manually updated recently, but automatic FW updates for the Orbi was turned ON, so it's possible that there was an update to v7 FW recently
This RBS750 is the only satellite I have.
I connected to the RBS via ethernet, and switch my WiFi off, and still had a very good fast internet connection, suggesting the satellite is working. I also tried a factory reset, but it seemed to do nothing, as the RBS rebooted and simply showed the solid blue LED indicating good connection.
I have no done a full power cycle on ISP modem, RBR and RBS recently.
Might try a power cycle.
I'd also recommend reverting back to v.21 FW. We can't recommend v.31.Possible that the RBR was updated and the RBS was not. This would be one cause of the RBS not appearing.
Try applying v.21 to the RBR and then reboot the RBR and see fi the RBS appears and you see an IP address. If not, then you'll need to factory reset the RBR and RBS and follow this to see if the RBS can get connected and synced:
