RBR750 and 3x RBS750s AS of about a month ago my apple airport express units will quit streaming audio to my whole house system after a couple songs... Yes the express units are older but I have...

Power OFF all Orbi units and Apple Express units for 1 minute then back ON?
What channels are you using on the RBR?
Using Mixed Mode WPA2/WPA3?
What FW version is currently on the Orbi system?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch of the Orbi system been performed since last FW update?

Thank you for the response..
See below:
Will try a complete reboot again, we had a power outage last week, which at the time I thought maybe that would have helped but no go..
Channels assuming you mean wireless
2.4 GHZ channel Auto 3
2.4 GHZ Wireless mode Up to 573.5Mbps
5 GHZ channel 36 + 40 + 44+ 48 (p)
5 GHZ Wireless mode up to 1201 MBps
WPA2-PSK (AES) is what is checked for security options.
Firmware is 7.2.8.2 _ 5.1.18 Unit is set to auto update but I also believe that is the current version
House is 3000 Sqft. Units are in good distance, one is in an external building that is wired to. Does not matter being on that one or one of the actual RBS units that connect wirelessly they all act the same with the audio issues.
A complete reset is my last option, was trying to avoid that as long as possible lol

Try manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on the RBR for 2.4Ghz.
Any Armor, IPv6 or SPC enabled on the RBR?
- Chuckg7Jun 30, 2026Aspirant
Changed the wireless from auto to channel 6 on the 2.4 side
IPv6 is disabled, no Armor
Not sure what SPC is or where to check that?

Also, are you using MAC access controls (which block unknown devices from connecting). If you do, try disabling that, and see if it makes any difference.
