RBR750 1 Lan port internet d/l speed fast, 2nd port slow (under 100mbps)
Hello. I have my Orbi router ethernet connected to Verizon router with 1 gig service.
I have wired connection from Xbox into Lan port 1 of the Orbi and a FireTV cube wired connection into Lan port 2.
For the Xbox connection I'm getting download speeds over 850 mbps. For the FireTV Cube, I'm getting about 94 mbps.
I've switched ports for the FireTV Cube and getting similar results around 94 mbps.
I switch to wireless on the FireTV Cube and getting results averaging about 500mbps.
Any ideas around how to improve the wired connection for the Cube? Stumped here.
Maybe the FireTV gizmo only has a 100 Mbps chip inside? Ever thought of that? Check its specifications.

Yup, it only has 100 Mbps ethernet chip.
