RBR750 Can't connect Kindle Oasis

I updated my Orbi firmware to V3.2.16.22 earlier in December 2020.  Everything on the nextwork except my Kindle Oasis, when I tried to connect I get a "network error" message.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Something to contact the Kindle Mfr about. If other devices are working, then there is a problem with the Kindle. Be sure the software or firmware is updated on the Kindle. Have the mfr help you with this. 

     

    You can try disabling AX mode on either Obi frequency and see.

      Thanks for this.  I have been talking to Amazon, Kindle software is up to date.  They are at a loss so far.    I am a novice at this stuff, what is AX mode?  How do I disable it?  Thanks again.

        One the RBRs web page under Basic Tab/Wireless Settings. There are two check boxes for each frequency. Uncheck and apply the setting disables this. 

        You can try setting CTS from 64 to 2347 Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
