RBR750 drops connection on only one laptop

I have an RBR750 with two RBS750 satellites.  I have many connections (phones tablets, home gadgets, etc.) connected to the system.  They are all working great and have no problems.  I have one laptop (HP) that intermittently drops it's signal, both wired and wirelessly.  Interestingly, if I log into the router (orbilogin.com) and sign in, the issue goes away, only to come back again at some point.

Any thoughts on what settings could be causing this?

What makes you suspect that your router is the cause rather than the laptop? When everything else works, that seems to be the most obvious candidate.

What happens when you use the laptop elsewhere?

Have you checked that you have the latest network drivers for your HP?

I'm not suggesting it's the router...I actually do think it's the laptop, but I was hoping there was some setting on the laptop that could be changed to improve compatibility with the Orbi.  I was hoping someone else in the community experienced this as well.

You are more likely to find help in HP users than in a Netgear community.

        Like I said, Windows drivers.

The one setting in Windows that is known to cause issues is the type of network, public versus private.

Windows can block things on public networks, but that isn't usually something that kicks in after a while. It is always there.
