RBR750 not connecting to websites
Sorry if this has been asked. I've worked through my ISP and the websites themselves. I am currently unable to connect to ifit.com (403 forbidden) error. Disney+ doesn't give a code but says something went wrong, ESPN doesn't load at all and a few other sites are not loading when connected to house wifi. In trouble shooting I connected straight to my ISP modem and had no issues reaching these sites. I've updated my firmware and done a factory reset with no change. I'm at a loss and beyond frustrated.

Traditional steps in troubleshooting web browsing issues include:
- Trying other devices. i.e. does only one device exhibit this issue, or multiple devices?
- Clearing cache on web browsers and trying multiple web browsers.
- Asking if Armor or Smart Parental Controls (SPC) are enabled on the router.
- Detailing which web sites do not open. (Every web site? A specific list of web sites?)
- Changing DNS servers. The router allows users the choice to use DNS servers suggested by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or to specify the DNS servers. I have my router set to use 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) and 8.8.8.8 (Google).
also, are you using IPv6?
If so, make sure to try changing the ipv6 DNS server as well.

I think I fixed it. I was jumping similar issues all morning on the community page and came across one that mentioned the mac address was wrong. Sure enough, the last digit was off by 1 on my Mac address, and when I manually changed it, all sites seemed to be working that previously were not. Thank you community for your help.
