RBR750 RBS750
Ive reset the router and satellites back to factory settings and still cannot get the satellites connected to the network. Even connecting a CAT6 from the satellite to the router directly, it is still not recognized. Any ideas?

When a 'package' is created at the factory, consisting of one router and one or more satellites, the factory configures them as a system so that customers can take them "out of the box" and they will function with absolutely no configuration of any kind. (as long as the ISP does not require a user ID and password to connect, which most do not.)
As any previous posts on this topic appear to have disappeared, it might be useful to know:
- Were these Orbi units purchased new as a 'package' (in one box)?
- Were they operating as a system before being Factory Reset?
If not, it might be worth following the "Add Orbi Satellite" procedure on the web interface. Bottom menu item on the Basic Tab.
What FW is loaded on the RBS and RBR?
