RBR/RBS 750 connection issuesI have a RBR 750 and a pair of RBS 750s around my house and up until recently devices were connected to the satellites. I’ve noticed the deterioration and streaming quality on my main TV with frequent resolution downgrades and lagging in streaming high but rate content. upon inspection I've noticed there are no devices connected to the RBS. Instead they are listed as being connected on the RBR or just missing all together even though they are connected to the network. firmware is 3.2.16.22 not sure if there’s something in the settings that I should be tweaking but everything is stock out of the box, and I recently factory reset the RBR and the RBS to factory thinking this may fix the issue which I did not. any help would be appreciated since calling into Orby is useless outside the 90 days

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? What is the size of your home? Modem: Motorola MB8600Home SqFt: 2500i would say average distance between them is 30+ Feet (2nd story, main floor, basement)I live in suburbia NY so I have quite a few others around me using WiFi. I'll try changing the settings around and doing the manual install, starting there seems easy.

Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
