I have searched the forum looking for a possible answer and have not found any good hits yet. I have my RBR750 directly connected to a BGW320-500 with cat6 and my download speed seems to get cut in h...

What device is being used to report this speed? and what app is being used on the device?

The device I have been using is an iPhone 11 Pro using the Speed Test app. I have a Mac Mini M4 about 40 feet away with two small walls at a forty-five degree angle from the router so I just did a side by side test with the Mac Mini and the iPhone, both are at the current release for both, OS 26.1 using the Speed Test app to the same server. The Mac Mini got 486 down and the iPhone got 363 down. I wish I could connect my Mac with ethernet to the router but to do that I would have to move everything close to the router which is high up on a shelf in a closet. It's high on the shelf with no obstructions except the wall like I said.

Be sure that the devices are connected at the RBR, I'd turn off the RBS and some devices can remain connected to the distant RBS if they had been connected there while place near the RBR.
One can get inexpensive USB to ethernet adapters from Amazon.
Wireless can be slower than ethernet and most times it will be. Some devices are only 2x2 MIMO supporting so seen speeds past 500Mbp +- maybe a limited to that bandwidth support. Devices that have 4x4 MIMO can get well over 500Mpbs and should see up or past 1Gb.
Those are good speeds for general stuff.

I'm looking at the adapters to test out the speed from there.
