RBR750 stuck on older firmware branch – Update check returns nothing, manual file rejected

What model RBS do you have? RBS750 or RBS350?
RBS should be updated first, then the RBR lastly.
If you happening to have the RBS350, connected to a 750 series RBR, then this was modeled after the 650 series Orbi system and ALL FW udpates need to be updated for this model system here:
