RBR750 WAN port pins "pair D" not functional

What is Pair D? Not sure if thats a valid term or description. Never heard that said before.
Brand and model# of ISP modem?
Recommend CAT6 UTP between the modem/ONT and the RBR.
What speeds are you paying for UP and DOWN from the ISP?
Is Armor, SPC or IPv6 enabled or disabled on the RBR?
Had a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed.
I would not use a N750 router. Would be old tech and not as good as the RBR as a router. There a brand and model# of this N750 router? Is this a DSL router or stand alone router?
