RBR750 WAN port pins "pair D" not functional

For T-568B, the "D" pair is the brown wire and brown/white wire. (pins 7 & 8 on the RJ45 jack).
With two Ethernet cables showing the same behavior, the RBR750 appears to be busted. The warranty was one year and it appears to have lasted three years.
