RBR750 won't apply network settings

Starting today after a restart, my RBR750 is no longer applying network settings to laptops. This also seems to have migrated to personal devices as well. So far my IoT devices are still connected. F...

Firmware is up to date. If I manually apply network configuration settings to the laptops, these devices successfully have internet access. How do I fix this issue? And purchasing new isn't an option. If I have to go that route, it will be a different brand for sure.
