RBR750/RBS750 unable to download firmware update
I am trying to update my firmware based on the email I received yesterday. My app as well as orbilogin says no new firmware available (v4.6.14.3) even though I know there is an update (v7.6.2.21). ...
Be sure your downloading both RBS and RBR FW files, there are two.
Be sure your unpacking the FW files from the .zip file to reveal the actual FW files themselves.
Use the RBS web page to send the RBS FW file.
Then use the RBR manual FW update page to update the RBR using the RBRs FW file.
Clear out all browser caches prior to entering the web pages.
I cleared my cache. I re-downloaded the RBS750 file first. When I extracted it, I get a chrome document and then a .chk file that says file fragments. I attempted to use that file but got a "firmware update failed. please check your file." I followed the manual process but was unable to get past uploading the firmware.
Have you tried a different pc?

After unpacking the fw file from the .zip. DO NOT attempt to open this file with any browser or application.
Go directly in to the RBS web page and use the RBS FW update feature seen there and navigate out to where this file is and just highlight it. Then select OK and the select the update button.
If you don't have another pc, you can also try a different browser.
Or you can even try doing it on your phone using its browser. Little more challenged to extract the file on your phone before uploading it
- Where is the RBS update page? When I click update on the orbilogin page, it takes me to an IP address log in. My Orbi login does not work.
