RBR760 with firmware v6.3.8.5_1.4.80
Exact same issue here, using RBR760 with firmware v6.3.8.5_1.4.80 terrible muisance!
Just to provide some feedback: firmware 6.3.8.11 has not resolved my issue of occasionally loosing configuration on reboot.
And Netgear support have not been able to restore my SPC functionality so far, despite spending lost of hours troubleshooting and lots of chats and phone calls.
They are currently in the process of refunding the paid SPC subscription, not really the solution I hoped for.
