Exact same issue here, using RBR760 with firmware v6.3.8.5_1.4.80 terrible muisance!
Looks like all my support options have expired while they were they were taking their time not finding a solution to the SPC issue. Any suggestions on how get a new case going? Or re-opening the previous SPC case number 49727343? In which I also mentioned this loss of config issue multiple times....
