RBR840 limited to 100 MB
RBR840 limited to 100 MB. Up to a week ago I was getting 940 MB up and down wireless and LAN, now only 100 on both. 1G fiber verified. And I checked Cat-5e and 6. Also software is up-to-date.

So the WAN port on the RBR reads 100Mb still while connected to the GS switch?

I only connected the cable from the modem to the switch port 1, port 2 to the RBR with Cat-6 both ports twinkling green lights.

Ok, sounds like the RBRs WAN port is faulty and isn't working right...Not sure what would have caused that however possible something on the ISP modem could have done something.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

Yes a reset was completed yesterday, but without unplugging the power supplies. At this point, it would not hurt to try it again. I am heading out of town in a few minutes, but I will unplug everything and let it rest for a couple of days. I appreciate all your guidance, if you are available, I would like to resume this dialogue Sunday evening. Enjoy your weekend and thank you very much!
