RBR840 router is not showing on computer
My Sony VAIO SVF15N28PXB with Window 10 Pro operating system with Intel(R) Wireless-N 7260 network adapter can not see the RBR840 router. It sees all other Wireless Networks. All other devices in the house can see the router.
Please post about this over in the Orbi AX Forum:

Ensure your WiF adapter drivers are up to date.
Good Luck.

The solution is not likely to be found on the Orbi, as all other devices successfully connect to the Orbi WiFi.
I notice that the specs show this laptop is a 2.4G only model.

This is not a "bad thing", only an observation.
My first step would be to disable and reinable the laptop WiFi adapter. Then, I would (use the ethernet connection to) download and install a Windows WiFi analysis program such as WifiInfoview (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wifi_information_view.html ). With the WiFi adapter reinabled, WifiInfoview should display a list of all available WiFi networks. The hope, of course, is that now the Orbi SSID is present.

Hello FURRYe38 (Guru),
I disabled and enabled the network adapter few times before I posted my note on the board. Before doing so, I also checked for driver updates. My computer told me driver was up-to-date.
As per your suggestion, I went through the steps one more time. As well as reset everything once more. Nothing worked still.
Good news however... I performed the driver update check once again also. And there was a new update today, all of a sudden. After the update, the Orbi network is showing up.
Nonetheless, many thanks to you for taking the time to reply to my post.
Consider this solved.
Good to hear. Glad the driver update fixed it.
Please mark your thread as solved so others will know.
Please remember to post over in the Orbi AX forum for your future needs.
Enjoy. :smileywink:
