I finally got the FW updated! Somehow the IP address worked this time. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions.
I had bought second hand, one router and 3 satellites. One of the satellites was an add-on satellite and I managed to get this to sync with my own router. But the other 2 satellites which had come together with the router couldn't be synced, even after resetting. I saw in other chats that one solution might be to reset my own router, but I don't want to do this for fear of something else going wrong. Any idea how to sync these 2 satellites which had come together with another router?

Which IP address on the RBS did you use for reference?
Same process. Try Add Satellite on the RBRs web page. You'll need ot have any existing RBS turned off while working to get one RBS connected, at a time.
If the 2nd RBR and RBS are working, I'd first ensure that the FW is up to date using same version as your first set. Then syncing 2nd set RBS to 1st set RBR should be less problematic.
