RBR850 - Unable to access the router interface after enabling Access Control.
RBR850 AX600 - I found a device connected to my wifi today. I then enable Access Control and blocked the device using the web interface. A few minutes later, I'm not able to connect to the wifi router (gateway). The only way I can get to it quickly is the power off the router and turn it back on. Then I only have a minute to do what I need to do before it times out.
Disabling Access Control allows me back into the router again without any issue.
I am running the latest firmware so I'm not sure what's going on:
Firmware Version
V4.6.3.16_2.0.51
If anyone has a solution please let me know.
Thank you!

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX With Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi with cable modem and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

I had the same issue (also running latest firmware), except I disabled access to a device from the iOS app. Once this happened I was unable to reconnect to the admin page, either via the orbilogin.com / 10.0.0.1 or via the iOS app.
To solve this I had to first unplug the devices that I disabled access to. I was then able to connect to the admin web page, I then went into ADVANCED—>Security—>Access Control and unchecked the box for “Turn on Access Control”.
This allowed me to reconnect the devices (i.e., power them back up) to the WiFi network, while still being able to use the admin.
TL;DR it seems that disabling devices is broken. Also, Netgear support had no clue about this issue.
