RBR850 Anywhere access not working

Version: 3.2.16.22 Anywhere Access and Speedtest donot work!!

a factory reset and setup from scratch differs from a reboot. Press the reset button for 15 seconds on the RBR and release. Walk thru the setup wizard.

Something you may want to try with the newer version of FW if you haven't.
