RBR850 backhaul out of sync

I recently upgraded to the RBR850. I wanted to keep using my older satellites (2 RBS20 and 1 RBS50).

My RBS850 is wifi. All other satellites are on lan with a switch between the router and them. This use to work fine when I was using my older RBR50, but since upgrading to the RBR850, I keep getting a backhaul status of out of sync on all satellites except for the RBS850 connected by wifi

How can I fix this? Is this why when looking at connected devices, the never appear connected to the closest satellite?  Pic attached for clarification

  • What is the brand and model # of the swtich in bvetween the RBS 20 and 50?

Do the 20 or 50 series show same status if you connect them directly to the back of the RBR850?

      Sorry for the delay.
      There are two switches
      1) Trendnet Teg-S50g
      2) TP Link TL-SG1005D

Currently I have the each switch connected to the RBR850 and a satellite connected to each switch.

I’ve unplugged all the satellites and plugged them directly into the R850 by lan. Restarted everything and backhaul status is still showing up as out of sync.

IP is Rogers in Canada using Hitron Coda-4582U modem if that matters
      • How long are you giving the status before checking it after you had the RBS directly connected to the RBR? I would have waited 5-10 minutes.

Try factory resetting the RBS, then powering OFF the RBS fully for 24 hours, then reconnect...
