RBR850 Internet Speed

I have an RBR850 with multiple satellites.  I just switched to a fiber network with 1Gb speeds.  If I connect the optical modem directly to my desktop a speed test is almost 1Gb but when I connect through the router the download speed is way less (150mbits) but the upload speed is almost 1gbit.  Does anyone get 1gbit download speed through the Orbi RBR850?

    You should have no problem hitting 1 gig service with it. 

    Did you reset after the upgrade? 

    What optical modem is it?

      Just spent 2 hours on the phone with Netgear support.  Looks like I may have a bad router
