RBR850 satellite not broadcasting WIFI
Hi, guys. I have two Orbi RBR850 AX6000 tri-band networks I am having trouble with. One was purchased October 2020, and the other November 2020. One is at home and one is at my office. Both have firmware version 4.6.3.16 installed. I am running Windows 10 on both home and work computers. I manage both routers through the Orbi app. After several weeks of working just fine, I had both satellites begin to not broadcast WIFI. They connect to the Orbi routers just fine, but when you leave the satellites on, wireless devices can't connect to them or the main router. The locations are like this:
Home- Router on 1st floor, salellite on 2nd floor
Work- Router in office, satellite less than 90 feet away with a wooden wall being the only wall inbetween the devices
Any help you can offer me would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been able to find a another topic quite like this online, and i've had no luck calling technical support. Thank you.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Can you access the RBS web page at all using it's IP address?
Try turning one RBS OFF and leave the other ON.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Thanks, Furry. I will try these out and report back.

Not quite sure what you ISP router has to do with anything. Truth is, the firmware version you are running is extremely problematic. Nothing else matters. That needs to get fixed. However, there are a couple thigns you can try before answering all of Furry's questions. Trust me - that person will run you through the ringer for no reason.
Turn the Router and satellites off. The ISP hardware doesn't matter if the router is connected and getting out. Let the system sit for a few minutes. Then turn the router on. Let it start up and begin providing services. Then turn on your satellite. See if connectivity returns.
IF NOT - and you don't have an updated backup of your settings, try to create one. Even if you have one from a while ago, get another one.
Then, factory reest your satellite. Go to the Orbi Router web page, forget the satellite. Go to the satellite with a paperclip or similar thin, small thing you can push in the reset hole. Set a timer for 30 seconds - Hold the reset button down the entire time you do the following:
Hold button in 30 seconds
Remove power and wait 30 seconds
Restore power and wait 30 seconds.
Allow the system to start up. Then hit the sync button on the back on both the satellite and router. Hopefully, this process will restore services.
If this does not restore services - do a factory reset of the router. Then restore the settings from the file you backed up to earlier. Then try the sync with the satellite again if it doesn't appear in the connected devices list.
Good luck - the next firmware version should be coming soon for the 800 series. It's already out for the 700 series. Hopefully it will fix the issues you and tons of other people are experiencing.
