RBR850: UPnP Portmap Table empty

I have a WD My Cloud Home device connected to the Orbi RBR850 router which started showing as offline recently. Checking orbilogin.net, I see that:

1) WD My Cloud Home continues to appear as an attached device in the Orbi dashboard.

2) WD My Cloud Home does not appear under the UPnP Portmap Table. In fact, the whole table is empty (Advanced > Advanced Setup> UPnP)

According to WD support docs, the above means that I need to open ports:

1) Internal SSL Port: 443

2) Proxy Server SSL Port: 8443

3) Internal Port Mapping Range Ports: 40,000 - 49,999

I've search Orbi docs but cannot find how to open these particular ports. How should I go about doing this? Thanks!

This is after working correctly for some time?

"offline" when attempting to access it:

    • from a device connected to the Orbi LAN? or
    • remotely from the Internet?

Yes had been working correctly for some time and suddenly stopped. Showing offline when attempting to access the device from a laptop connected to the Orbi wifi.

Thanks.  UPnP and Port Forwarding are not relevant to access from the local LAN.  They are methods to allow access remotely from the internet.

        • Manual Port Forwarding is when the administrator tells the router, "Forward this specific port (or range of ports) to this particular IP address on the LAN.
        • To make the process more convenient, routers leverage UPnP to allow servers on the network to set up port forwarding rules themselves. See page 87 of the User Manual: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBK852/RBK852_UM_EN.pdf

This sounds like an issue with the MyCloud rather than with the WiFi router.
