RBR850 working fine, but can’t access admin panel
My Orbi system (RBR850 + 3x RBS850) is working as well as ever, but I can’t access the admin controls in the app, via orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net or direct to the IP address assigned by my router (I’m running in AP mode). I CAN access the admin panel on each of the three satellites.
I hooked up my old RBR40/RBS20 system just to make sure, and it works fine accessing admin controls in all of the ways I can’t with the new system.
I’ve tried rebooting, but not a hard reset as I’m afraid I won’t be able to restore the network that’s otherwise working fine after a factory reset. 2 months past warranty support of course.
Any tips? Thanks in advance.
Firmware update to V4.6.8.2 was the fix apparently.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?NG is aware of this and is working on a patch to send out to those who are effected:
I recommend you contact NG support and ask about this patch if you need access. If not, you can wait for this to come out, don't know when though, or you can factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch which works for some.

Thanks for this. I did a manual upload of firmware version 4.6.3.16 (I think) about a year ago when trying to troubleshoot another issue (compatibility with set top boxes for streaming app) and it has been running happily since.
I’ll try the procedure in what you sent when I’m feeling brave.
