only 50-55 devices in total can reconnect to the router ...the wires devices seam to always get an ip but the wifi devices will fight over the remaining space only 30-45 will connect .....after I hit my 50-55 max.
I have a similar number of devices with my AXE system but I haven't had house-wide power outages like you describe. First thing to confirm are your settings... What is your DHCP range (Advanced / Setup / LAN Setup)? Default should have sufficient IP address range, e.g., 2 to 2xx-something.
Do you have any DHCP reserved addresses setup? What other Orbi settings have you changed from the factory defaults? Do you have any network switches in your device topology? I'd also suggest trying to disconnect your wired satellites and run them wirelessly as an experiment, just to rule that out.

DHCP setup is factory 2-254
I was in the process of setting up DHCP reserved addresses I had 10 or so devices but got side tracked and didn't save the settings before the most recent power outage. unfortunately most of them were the wired connections or on UPS so didn't need to get new IP
I really didn't want to set up reserved addresses for everything unless I have too....looking like that is on my new to do list
the only setting I changed are enabling the 2.4 &5 GHz to be on the same SSID and new SSID and passwords
I have 1 cisco unmanaged switch SG11224NA also on ups power
I did take that out of the equation the first outage, along with the 2 satellites
2 different steps ...first was to remove the switch and only use the router ports the second was to only use the router and not the satellites
unfortunately my house is setup poorly for WiFi and has a lot of concrete and metal so placement of the satellites require them to be wired back haul

One other suggestion to try, and see if it improves things for you, is to set CTS/RTS Threshold to 2347 and disable (uncheck) AX mode for 2.4Ghz. I find these settings improve compatibility with older wireless devices. That would not create the DHCP contention as you describe it, but who knows...
- Go to the web admin portal at http://orbilogin.com/
- Click to the Advanced tab, Advanced left menu, Wireless Settings
- Set CTS/RTS Threshold to 2347 for both 2.4hz and 5Ghz networks
- Press Apply
See if that helps. If problems still persist, next try disabling AX mode for the 2.4Ghz band:
- Go to http://orbilogin.com/
- Click to the Advanced tab, Setup left menu, Wireless Setup
- Uncheck "Enable 2.4G" under the top Enable AX section
- Press Apply

i just adjusted the CTS/RTS to 2347 on both 2.4 and 5 GHz but need to find a good time to do a power outage test thanks

so i adjusted the CTS/RTS to 2347 on both and as the router was applying the changes I dropped 17 devices from 59 to 42 and they wouldn't re join
just did a factory default and i am mostly back up and and at 59 devices again
