What model iPhone do you have and what iOS version is on the iPhone, ATV and Mac?
Only happening with Apple devices?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
Using detected ISP DNS or custom DNS like Cloudfare or Quad9?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Try 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.

I have different models of iPhone, both 15 and 16. The same goes for Macs, several different MacBook Pros, both older and newer models. I also have the latest Apple TV. I only use Apple devices wirelessly, so those are the only ones I can verify the issue on. However, other wireless devices like cameras also frequently lose their signal, so it’s likely happening to all wireless devices on the network.
I have fiber, and the converter in the house is a Genexis XG6846. I use CAT6A cable from the converter to the RBRE960.
IPv6 is enabled. ISP DNS is detected.
My house is roughly 3,900 square feet. The building is very thick concrete and brick. The distance between the RBRE and RBSE units varies between 30–40 feet. I’m currently using Auto channel and 40, but I can try 11 and 48.
What iOS versions are on the phones and Macs and laptops?
Please disable IPv6 on the RBR. Been some known issues with Apple devices and IPv6.

How do I disable IPv6? Only found Pass Through.
It has been happening since day one.
I do understand that concrete is problematic, but I do have full wifi connection on all my devices but still receives 169.254-ip randomly. When streaming on ATV it suddenly freezing since ATV has lost IP-address...
How long have you had the 960 series?
On the RBRs web page should be down under Advanced Tab/Advanced/IPv6. Drop down menu should see Disable option. Select this and Apply.
Currently have my 963 series online. Manual channels 1, 40 and 37. IPv6 disabled. Running smooth.
Older Apple 12 Pro Max and Mac Book Pro 2018 on Sequoia and ATVs, 4 of them.
I've heard that iOS 26.1 has been better for some users.
