Out of sheer frustration, I just reset everything. Was much less painful than I thought it'd be in my head.
That seems to have fixed all the issues I've been experiencing, across the board.
Lesson learned.

Ok ya sometimes, even after rebooting or a power cycle and after a FW update, a full on factory reset and setup from scratch is needed.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
