RBRE960 local network doesn't support Wifi printer or HomeKit

I recently upgraded my RBRE960 — Orbi Quad-band Mesh WiFi 6E Router's firmware to V7.2.6.31 and my Philips Hue hub, lightbulbs and Wifi printer are no longer recognized on my local network. I tried downgrading to firmware V7.2.6.21 to fix the issue but nothing is detected on the local network.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

"Nothing" would indicate that zero WiFi devices automatically connected to the 960 system, correct?

Is it correct to assume that the new system was configured with exactly the same WiFi credentials as the previous system?  (My typing skills result in numerous errors which are not immediately obvious.)

Perhaps I am thinking about the wrong product, but internet searches for "Philips Hue Hub" seem to bring up a device that connects to the home network with an Ethernet cable.  Which Philips product (model number) do you have?
