RBRE960 Loses internet connection several times a day
So I have the black edition RBRE960 with 2 satellites. I'm not sure why but several times a day, the router loses connection to the internet. Happens several times a day. I k ow it's not our provider because I have a separate router from a different brand in another part of the house that's only used to connect my gaming consoles to the internet, and that router never goes offline, even when orbi does. What's weird is is I perform a reboot, nothing will connect to the orbis. Every single device will give me the error "cannot obtain it address" or just simply "failed to connect" but that's not the real issue, the real issue is why does it keep losing connection to the internet several times a day? Since I have so many smart home devices, I have them all connected to the iot signal. The rest on the normal signal. The only fix I found is unplugging the ethernet and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. No it's the ethernet cable because I've replaced that and the issue still happens. Firmware is up to date. This issue happens at random times a day. Conveniently it always seems to happen when no one is home and overnight. Not sure what to do.
