RBRE960 Losing Internet Connectivity
I have a new Orbi wi-fi system connected to an AT&T fiber modem/router. I have the Orbi set to bridge (AP) mode. I have wi-fi turned off on the AT&T router. I have an ethernet cable going from the...

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Does the Front LED on the RBR or RBS how any indication of problems?
Be sure you have the ISP check there services to the modem. Signal and line quality.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 📡
How are the RBS connected to the RBR? Directly to the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between? Brand and model of LAN switch.
Are you using the 2.5Gb LAN ports or the 1Gb LAN ports to connect the RBS to the RBR via ethernet?
What CAT# lan cable are you using here?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Do you have the IoT and separate 6Ghz SSID broadcast running?

Thanks for the reply.
The model of modem/router from the ISP is a Pace 5268AC.
Our home is single story and ~2,000 sq ft in kind of a triangle shape. We have the router at one corner and the satellites hardwired with cat6 cable at the other points of the triangle. The signal shows up strong on all of our wifi devices. The house is hold with plaster walls and no insulation.
The satellites are connected directly to the router with the cat6 cable. There is only one 2.5Gb port on the router and one of the satellites is connected to it with cat6. The other satellite is in an ethernet port which is probably 1 Gb. The switch is a Netgear GS308. It is connected to the router and devices other than the satellites are connected through the switch (computers, tv streaming box, etc.).
The settings are 2.4 Ghz auto, 5 Ghz 48, 6 Ghz 69
I do have the IoT network enabled but don't have anything connected to it. I do not have the 6 Ghz enabled.
There are competing wifi networks 3-4 but Orbi shows "Good" or "Great" on every channel in the app.
The orbi router will show a magenta light when it has lost internet. However, not all devices will lose internet at the same time. Right now the light on the router is magenta. My phone does not have internet from wifi. But the computer I am using that is connected to the satellite which is connected to the router by wire is fine. The google home device on my desk that is wifi still has internet. If history is a guide, eventually every device wired or unwired will lose internet and I will need to power cycle everything.

Well PINK on the RBR means that the RBR isn't getting good internet services from the ISP Modem or there is a problem with cabling between the modem and RBR.
For the size of home, only the RBR and maybe 1 RBS would be needed.
Have you tried bridging the modem and running the RBR in router mode?
What is the CAT# lan cable your using between the modem and RBR? CAT6 is recommended.
I would disable IoT network if your not using it.

Any progress on this?

My issue is not resolved. After I posted, it was mostly trouble free (or I didn't notice because I was traveling). A couple of times I lost internet for very brief periods of time. One time I lost internet and I reset the AT&T modem and that alone seemed to 'fix' it. Today, I lost internet for an extended period. First I power cycled the modem and that didn't resolve it (modem showed it had service even before being power cycled). Then I power cycled the Orbi. That didn't resolve it. Eventually some devices were able to reconnect to the internet. As I type this one area of my house does not have connection for wired or wireless devices. I'm going to try syncing the closest satellite to that area. This is probably an hour of cycling things on and off trying to get everything back on the internet. Just like the past, some devices lose an internet connection before others and some of those devices are wired and some are wireless.
Let me know if AT&T was of any help. I have yet to contact them.

I'm beginning to think it is the Orbi that is unreliable. I couldn't get internet at the satellites. They are both hardwired with CAT6 cable to the router. Tried rebooting the Orbi in the app. That didn't fix it. Tried syncing with the buttons on the back. That didn't fix it. Tried checking for firmware but it just timed out in the app. Finally just powered everything off for some time, plugged the router back in, after it connected powered the satellites back on and now things seem to be working again. I never lost internet at the router, only the satellites. Major pain.

I would contact the ISP and have them check everything up to the modem.
